Unless you live under a rock, you probably have heard of Matchbox 20. The have sold millions of records worldwide. Their front man Rob Thomas has made a video talking about his process of how he writes is songs, and how he gets his inspiration to write a song.

While there is no exact science on how to write a song, you can learn a little bit from understanding the processes that other artist go through to get those songs that we love.
