    Hi John,
    It’s interesting to see colleges now offering these types of courses. The internet has really changed access to education and I think colleges have no choice but to adapt. It will be interesting to see if they create accelerated versions of their 3-year programs to try to capture some of the people who don’t want to wait that long to become Barry Manilow, as Peter said. I understand your points about taking the lessons in the privacy of your home but as a former musician I do feel there is a lot of value to having others hear your creations and offer encouragement and feedback.
